1. Who We Are

This website, Zaribell (https://zaribell.com/), is owned and operated by Manisha Kumari, a sole proprietorship trading under the brand name "Zaribell", with its registered business address at B-19, 3rd Floor, Okhla Phase-II, New Delhi-110020 ("the Proprietor", "we", "us", or "our"). References to "Zaribell" throughout these Terms refer to the brand under which the Proprietor operates this website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, all of which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or be placing an order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase on this website. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide (name, shipping address, contact details and payment information) is accurate and belongs to you.

4. Products, Pricing & Descriptions

All jewellery sold on Zaribell is fashion jewellery (also known as artificial or imitation jewellery) and is not made of precious metals or gemstones unless explicitly stated on the product page.

• Product images are for representation purposes. Actual colour and finish may vary slightly due to photography lighting and individual screen/device settings.
• As many pieces are finished and packed by hand, minor variations in stone placement, polish or plating between two units of the same design are normal and are not considered defects.
• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes for India, unless stated otherwise. For international orders, prices shown at checkout do not include destination-country customs duties, import taxes or handling fees — see Section 6.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit order quantities, and discontinue any product at our discretion, without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation email or SMS. We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and international payment options for overseas customers, where available). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping — India & International

We currently ship across India as well as internationally to select countries. Full details on delivery timelines, shipping charges, and customs handling are available on our Shipping & Returns Policy page. In summary:

• Domestic (India): Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in India, with delivery timelines shown at checkout for your pin code.
• International: For orders shipped outside India, the recipient is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee collected by us, and are collected by the courier partner or local customs authority at the time of delivery.
• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed; delays due to customs clearance, weather, or courier network issues are outside our control.

7. Returns, Exchange & Refunds

Our return, exchange and refund process — including which orders are eligible and the applicable timelines for domestic and international orders — is set out in full on our Shipping & Returns Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photography, designs, logos, graphics, and text — is the property of the Proprietor or her licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorised access to our systems, submitting false or fraudulent orders, uploading harmful code, or using the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair its functioning for other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Proprietor and her representatives harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Regardless of the country you order from, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India. International customers acknowledge and accept this jurisdiction as a condition of placing an order with us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
